Política de reembolso

A guarantee will be applied for products that present some type of defect at the time of receipt. Non-conformity of the product will not be considered those that derive from misuse of the product or ordinary wear and tear caused by its use, as well as those that occur during shipment.

If a product is defective, outside of the aforementioned situations, Le Stage Minerals will be responsible for a partial or total refund, always depending on the losses caused.

The claim must be filed within 3 days after the delivery of the product since the lack of conformity of the product is detected, describing the problem in an email to sabrina@lestageminerals.com and we will contact you to resolve your claim as soon as possible.
